Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged upon delivery.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us as soon as possible.
• Include your order number.
• Attach photos showing the issue.

Our support team will review the request and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If an order has already been shipped, the standard return process applies.
