Exchange Policy:

 

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days have passed.

 

2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the case of international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. 

 

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

 

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.

 

2- If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs or software that has been used.

 

3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered to be works.

 

4- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.

 

5- If the contract includes providing accommodation, transportation or catering services.

 

6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

 

 Return Policy:

 

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.
